Administration

The presidency consists of the president, the vice-president for research and transfer, the vice-president for studies and international relations and the chancellor. The president is in charge of the university and is its official representative. As the head of the senate he prepares resolutions for the senate and is responsible for their implementation. Within the framework of regulations agreed by the senate, he makes financial decisions concerning personnel and material resources. The president's proxies are the vice-presidents. The chancellor is his proxy in all matters concerning personnel and university planning and in financial and legal affairs.
