The provision of IT services and application systems for the implementation of customer management requires appropriate IT infrastructure. Those requirements have been met by including the design of appropriate IT architecture. Also the possibilities of outsourcing respectively extending the service providings.
Depending on the underlying concept of service options, opportunities must be created for both an inbound (actively triggered by the customer) or outbound (actively triggered by the company) communication strategy.
There are high protection requirements regarding data privacy and data security of the various interaction and communication in the information processed media. A special role in the IT Service Management has been the copyright and marketing rights for digital media.
