The Universitiy of Applied Science Schmalkalden offers you a solid base for your individual job goals in life via the Business Law Study. It meets the requirements of the Business Environment because of the practical oriented and modern education of specialize able generalists, the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). The practical orientation is the main core during all the study. You are about to develop problem solving strategies by using your combined legal and business knowledge. Action oriented thinking is required. The content is coordinated with representatives from the Economy and is aligned with the business needs. This process is under permanently optimisation, including gender points of view.
There are two possibilities after completing the Bachelor Study. You can either start your career by starting a job or join our Master of Laws Program, that can be solved in 3 additional terms.
The Master of Laws (LL.M) started successfully in Summer Term 2008. It aims on Bachelor of Laws owners or comparable degrees with good grades.
It is possible to start the Master Program in the Winter and Summer term. It leads to the international recognized degree Master of Laws (LL.M.) in a total of 3 terms, giving the graduates a qualification for higher services.
The Study is accredited by the FIBAA and includes 90 ECTS. It is designed as a full time study with having the third term reserved for the Master Thesis.
