The course Business Law imparts the ability to apply legal knowledge on operating problems praxis orientated and to solve them in economic complexity.
The praxis orientated legal education has with 50 percent of all courses priority. The connection with economic contents which approximately cover 30 percent of the courses is very important. By focusing on only business-related areas of law there will be enough time remaining for providing the students with social skills, which make 20 percent.




The Faculty of Business Law is a member of the "Wirtschaftsjuristischen Hochschulvereinigung (WHV)". The WHV is a consortium of universities which offers the study course Business Law and meet certain minimum demands on the content of study. The members of the association aim to guarantee a high standard of quality and practical orientation and to facilitate the change between the universities for the students. The members modulate the educational contents and work together in research and doctrine.
