In its decision of 12 May 1998, the Regional Court of Hamburg established that website providers who install links on their website may be held jointly responsible for the content of a linked page. Website providers can only be indemnified from this liability if they expressly disclaim responsibility for such content. Links to the websites of other providers have been installed on our website. We hereby disclaim all responsibility for the design and content of linked websites. We expressly distance ourselves from the content of any linked pages and do not adopt this content as our own. This declaration applies for all links provided on our website and for the content of all sites that can be accessed via the banners and links on our website.
